Eissa Abdullah was born in Qatar in 1983. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences from Qatar University in 2007 and a Master’s Degree in Media and Public Relations from the University of Sharjah in 2012. Eissa’s first novel, “Cesaran’s Treasure” was published in 2013 to much acclaim and a place on the Best Sellers list for a number of weeks. The second part, “Cesaran’s Treasure-The Gate of Katara and Delmun’s Riddles” was published in 2014 during the Doha International Book Fair for that year, also to much acclaim. Eissa Abdullah is a great contributor to Qatari newspapers, writing about culture and social values for a number of publications, such as Al Sharq and Al Rayah and Wa’edoon Magazine, which is published by the Childhood Cultural Center; he has also published a series of published short stories.
